Every plan ships with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the ritual isn't right for your body, we'll refund the full amount of your first order — opened or unopened.

How to request a refund
- Email care@beyondcactus.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a sentence on what didn't work — your feedback helps us improve.
- We'll confirm next steps within two working days. Most refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
What's covered
- The 30-day guarantee covers your first order with us — opened or unopened.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Subsequent orders may be refunded for unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you're missing an item, please send a photo to care@beyondcactus.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Subscription cancellations
You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or by writing to our care team. There are no fees, and changes take effect immediately.
